Support product and process quality through audits, root cause investigations, corrective actions, data analysis, risk assessments (FMEA), and supplier/customer issue resolution. Drive continuous improvement and apply SPC/MSA and ISO9001 requirements.

Lead daily production execution and frontline team coordination to ensure safe, on-time work per standard instructions. Oversee schedules, training, documentation, quality containment, cross-department coordination, and performance management. Support Manufacturing Manager with staffing, problem escalation, and overtime as needed.

Design and develop mechanical and electromechanical products through system evaluation, concept development, testing, validation, and documentation. Support manufacturability, regulatory compliance, technical analysis, cross-functional collaboration, technician training, and hands-on technical support.
