Leads the development, operation, optimization, and expansion of natural gas midstream assets, including gathering, compression, processing, and transportation infrastructure. Oversees reliability, throughput, capacity planning, asset integrity, capital projects, budgets, schedules, contractors, and operational improvements. Supports gas marketing, transportation agreements, processing contracts, capacity management, compliance, and third-party negotiations while coordinating engineering, maintenance, field operations, and commercial teams.

Provides subsurface geophysical expertise across oil and gas asset lifecycles, including acquisition due diligence, reserve evaluation, seismic interpretation, well planning, geosteering, drilling support, and field development. Integrates geophysical, petrophysical, and engineering data to develop subsurface models, manages seismic vendors and consultants, presents technical risk assessments to investment leadership, and mentors junior geoscientists.

Support reservoir engineering through data management, analytics, reporting, and QC on ARIES and related subsurface datasets. Build tools and SOPs (Spotfire, PowerBI), collaborate cross-functionally, assist with AFE and reserves evaluations, and improve reservoir data workflows to inform asset development and A&D decisions.

Design and maintain scalable data models and version-controlled analytics workflows to convert raw data into trusted datasets for BI. Collaborate with data engineering and business teams to ensure data quality, documentation, and alignment with business objectives, enabling reliable reporting and analytics.
