Provide second-line onsite and remote IT support, escalating complex issues from first line and owning incidents, requests, and changes through resolution. Maintain Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, endpoints, networks, backups, and virtual environments. Troubleshoot authentication, connectivity, mail flow, and infrastructure issues; perform restores, support disaster recovery, contribute to migrations and site setups, and document fixes and deployments.

Builds, configures, quality-checks, documents, and deploys customer IT hardware. Manages stock, assets, inventory, shipments, procurement coordination, and hardware fulfilment workflows from the Hemel Hempstead office. Coordinates workload, identifies delivery risks, improves operational processes, and provides guidance to a junior deployment engineer.

Design, build and deploy AI-powered copilots across Microsoft 365 using Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Azure services. Engage clients to gather requirements, deliver workshops and POCs, integrate solutions with datastores/APIs, enforce governance and security best practices, and support enterprise rollout and optimization.
