Lead the Personal Lines and Small Commercial business unit, owning P&L, strategy, growth, profitability, team development, carrier relationships, compliance, and operational excellence to drive client retention and scalable processes.

Manage and service an established commercial lines book: handle renewals, policies, endorsements, billing, and claims; coordinate with carriers; maintain accurate records; support client retention and growth alongside advisors; identify coverage gaps and new business opportunities.

Manage an established personal lines book of business, handle policy servicing, renewals, endorsements and claims coordination, drive retention, and support growth through client relationship development.

Provide client support for personal lines insurance by responding to inquiries, processing policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing and claims support, maintaining accurate records, and assisting account managers with administrative and compliance tasks.
