Provides friendly customer service for electric and fiber utility members. Assists with establishing, maintaining, and disconnecting services; handles billing, payments, account information, complaints, and service-related inquiries. Resolves issues within role authority, refers complex matters to appropriate personnel, promotes customer programs, and represents the cooperative professionally at either office location.

Maintains network infrastructure, IP addressing, identity systems, servers, virtualized environments, database backups, firewalls, and VoIP services. Supports internal IT operations and customer-facing fiber network reliability while troubleshooting complex network and data issues. Coordinates projects across departments, manages priorities, and ensures secure, resilient service delivery.

Supports technology and compliance teams with troubleshooting, diagnostics, technical support, governance, risk and compliance activities, system installation and testing, documentation, data analysis, and special projects. The internship provides exposure to cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, operational technology, business applications, AI solutions, and utility-industry systems while developing technical and professional skills.

Supports the accounting department with journal entries, account reconciliations, budget preparation and analysis, record maintenance, month-end close activities, and special projects. The intern collaborates with accounting staff, maintains confidentiality and accuracy, and gains practical experience in accounting processes. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field and have foundational accounting coursework, attention to detail, organizational ability, communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Design, implement, and support AI/ML systems, working with business units to optimize workflows and educate staff. Communicate findings to stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies.
