Manage the safe, reliable, and efficient operation and maintenance of utility-scale battery energy storage assets. Oversee maintenance programs, SCADA and operational technology, vendors, contractors, commissioning, and battery project expansion. Lead and mentor Battery Energy Storage Technicians while serving as the subject matter expert on battery operations. Support grid reliability, energy resiliency, modernization initiatives, and long-term energy storage strategy.

Maintains network infrastructure, IP addressing, identity systems, servers, virtualized environments, database backups, firewalls, and VoIP services. Supports internal IT operations and customer-facing fiber network reliability while troubleshooting complex network and data issues. Coordinates projects across departments, manages priorities, and ensures secure, resilient service delivery.

Paid summer internship supporting utility energy efficiency and demand response programs. Responsibilities include analyzing energy and participation data, tracking rebates and enrollment, creating dashboards and reports, researching distributed energy resources and electrification, assisting with member outreach and educational events, and supporting strategic projects across utility teams.
