Support electric line crews with construction, maintenance, and repair of distribution systems. Serve as safety observer, handle tools and materials, operate aerial lifts and digger trucks, assist with overhead and underground work, maintain equipment and vehicles, and respond on-call for outages and emergencies.

Designs and implements custom internal solutions, customizes third-party system interfaces, writes SQL and reports, analyzes RDBMS data, supports users, and manages multiple projects to improve business processes and member service.

Support and administer DERMS integrations with SCADA and utility systems, analyze large datasets to improve grid performance, develop KPIs and BI dashboards, implement automation for forecasting/load balancing, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide end-user training.
