Design, maintain, and advance NineStar's service-provider core network. Configure and upgrade core devices, support 100G/400G transport and DWDM, manage MPLS and BGP/OSPF, administer IPv4/IPv6 and network services (DNS/DHCP/TACACS), perform advanced troubleshooting, document architecture, mentor engineers, and contribute to long-term network strategy and technology deployment.

Support, maintain, and upgrade NineStar’s carrier-grade core network and public-facing services (DNS, DHCP). Troubleshoot escalated complex network issues, maintain documentation and diagrams, research and implement emerging service-provider technologies, provide training, collaborate cross-departmentally, and participate in on-call rotation to ensure reliable network operations.

The Network Operations Administrator manages network hardware and software, oversees configurations like IP addressing, and supports identity systems and internal IT functions.
