Develops custom technology solutions, analyzes internal business needs, customizes third-party system interfaces, creates reports, supports data analysis, and provides technical support. The role manages multiple projects, researches problems, recommends solutions, and communicates with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required expertise includes SQL and relational databases, reporting, Microsoft operating systems and productivity tools, with full-stack web development and Linux experience preferred.

Maintains, updates, and troubleshoots electric cooperative operations technology, including RF, Tantalus, SCADA, GIS, and outage management systems. Supports electric distribution system planning, design, operation, maintenance, inspection, and power quality monitoring. The role requires knowledge of NEC and NESC requirements, strong spreadsheet and database skills, independent work, effective communication, safe performance in all weather conditions, and travel for seminars or training.

Manage and expand distributed energy resource programs involving battery storage, generation, demand response, and emerging technologies. Coordinate projects with cooperatives, customers, vendors, and contractors; provide technical guidance; monitor performance; analyze data; prepare reports; support onboarding and operational readiness; develop training and communications; improve processes; and track energy industry developments.
