Support corporate EHS team by assisting with automating inspections and maintaining confined space, HazCom, and ladder inventories; validate LOTO tracking to Microsoft D365; support MOC/PSSR, safety inspections, workplace observations, incident investigations, and safety training; participate in internship review and other assigned duties.

Lead technical design and hands-on X++ development for Dynamics 365 F&O across finance, procurement, production control, WMS, mobile shop floor, and PFE. Architect scalable extensions, maintain CI/CD pipelines, design EDI and Azure integrations, troubleshoot high-volume manufacturing transactions, and coordinate onshore/offshore teams to drive stable, performant ERP solutions and upgrades.

Lead and execute sales strategy to grow market share in the adhesive tape industry. Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization, develop strategic and annual plans, manage key accounts and large-scale sales projects, align with marketing and product teams, track sales performance and forecasting using CRM and data, control sales expenses, and define manufacturing needs for emerging markets.

Administer day-to-day employee benefits and leave programs, manage vendor and invoice reconciliation, oversee COBRA and leave compliance, support open enrollment and HRIS configuration (Paycom), run audits, and coordinate wellness and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage customer credit and collections across the Order-to-Cash cycle: evaluate creditworthiness, set credit limits, monitor accounts, collect receivables, resolve disputes, apply payments, and recommend risk mitigation to sales and management.

Manage site EHS program for a manufacturing facility: lead incident investigations, audits, regulatory compliance (OSHA/EPA/NFPA), training, MOC/PSSR, contractor and workers' comp programs, safety reporting, and continuous improvement. Drive employee engagement, emergency preparedness, and maintain ISO-compliant records. Provide on-call support and occasional travel (0-25%).

Perform production tasks on the tape manufacturing line: follow safety procedures, maintain clean work areas, perform set-ups and product changes, inspect and sort finished rolls, meet production and quality goals, complete logs, communicate with team, and perform forklift duties where applicable.

Supervise shift production operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets. Lead, train, and coach hourly manufacturing staff, run pre-shift meetings, enforce policies, coordinate resources, analyze performance data, and partner with support teams to reduce downtime and costs.

Manage and execute pricing processes across business units by maintaining master pricing data, customer- and contract-specific prices, and commission lists in ERP/CRM. Validate pricing on quotes, orders, and invoices, perform margin and profitability analysis, generate pricing reports, and support Product Management, Sales, and Finance. Recommend process improvements and support pricing automation and CPQ rollouts while ensuring governance and auditability.

Manage and improve manufacturing processes: lead continuous improvement (CIP) projects, control/process documentation, monitor critical quality parameters (SPC/control charts), support trials and root-cause analysis, and lead cost-saving projects using DMAIC.
