Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for manufacturing production staff. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, managing onboarding and ongoing training, supervising a training specialist, facilitating hands-on instruction and certifications, maintaining records, ensuring regulatory compliance, updating SOPs, evaluating effectiveness, and coordinating coverage across shifts.

Provides electrical engineering support in a manufacturing environment, executing continuous improvement projects, troubleshooting recurring equipment issues, improving safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and waste reduction. Works with industrial automation, robots, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, electrical drives, motors, and complex processing lines. Supports production, programs and configures control systems, and collaborates with experienced engineers on increasingly complex projects.

Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Create standard operating procedures, support the transition from JDE to Microsoft Dynamics 365, coordinate process handoffs with the parent company, assist with external audits, and conduct ad hoc analysis. The role also supports cross-training and process improvement within the accounting team.
