Administer day-to-day employee benefits and leave programs, manage vendor and invoice reconciliation, oversee COBRA and leave compliance, support open enrollment and HRIS configuration (Paycom), run audits, and coordinate wellness and employee engagement initiatives.

Performs functional, performance, durability, environmental, thermal, and chemical testing on automotive tapes. Develops and executes test plans, interprets automotive standards, coordinates external laboratories, analyzes test data, maintains testing records, and reports findings. Collaborates with R&D, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot product issues and improve testing and quality assurance processes.

Leads the company’s end-to-end growth strategy, including market expansion, portfolio planning, technology commercialization, go-to-market design, strategic partnerships, and customer engagement. Aligns Sales, Product, R&D, and Operations to execute growth initiatives, develop business cases, manage the opportunity pipeline, and establish governance and performance metrics. Reports directly to the CEO and CCO.
