Produces technical analyses, documentation, and SLAs; mentors engineers; coordinates vendors; supports 24x7x365 operations and incident resolution; contributes to strategic planning and automation.

Analyze, design, configure, test, and maintain enterprise applications (CAD, RMS, ERP, CRM, HRIS). Create technical documentation and test plans, provide end-user support and troubleshooting, collaborate with vendors and project teams, participate in project planning and on-call rotation, and stay current with application trends.
