Provide operational and clerical HR support for recruiting, hiring, background investigations, onboarding, and employee records. Conduct CVSA exams, coordinate screening steps (polygraphs, medicals, psychologicals), maintain confidential files, ensure compliance with laws and policies, assist with position announcements, attend recruiting events, and support HR processes and reporting.

Analyze crime data and patterns to support prevention and offender identification. Operate the Real Time Crime Center, produce maps, charts, and statistical reports, run RMS queries, conduct traffic and theft analyses, support investigations, present to community groups, attend court/depositions, and perform related administrative duties while working rotating 12-hour shifts.
