Provide first- and second-level customer support for SaaS and on-premises software solutions. Analyze, track, and resolve service desk requests, assist with cloud and Docker-based installations, communicate with customers, and collaborate with development teams on issue investigation and product improvements. This student role requires 20–25 hours per week, fluent German, technical studies, analytical problem-solving, and interest in cloud technologies.

Senior Business Analyst translating customer needs into product requirements, analyzing processes, APIs, and data (using SQL, MongoDB, Postman/Swagger), supporting development, testing, and production issue investigation to improve energy-sector software solutions.

Work with product, development, QA, and customers to translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories, analyze data and APIs, investigate production issues, and support testing and releases for energy-sector software.

Lead implementation of secure development standards and processes across product development and operations. Coordinate security assessments, vulnerability detection and emergency response, drive remediation plans, report security status, and support developer security training while working with CISO, architects, dev leaders and IT operations.

Lead Volue's European events strategy, selecting and delivering owned and third-party events to drive pipeline, customer insight, retention and brand reputation. Own the full sales cycle for enterprise energy customers in Switzerland: identify and qualify opportunities, build strategic account plans and stakeholder relationships, present solutions, negotiate and close deals, manage pipeline/CRM, collaborate with BD, solution and delivery teams, and ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.

Own and evolve Volue’s visual brand system and Figma design library; build scalable templates and QA assets; brief freelancers. Develop AI-assisted production pipelines, structured prompt libraries, automation (ClickUp, Zapier/Make), and content repurposing workflows to speed production and ensure consistent, on-brand output.

Lead enterprise architecture strategy and cloud platform implementation: define architecture roadmaps and governance, design Azure/Kubernetes-based scalable cloud solutions, build GitOps and IaC-driven self-service platform (FluxCD, Crossplane, Terraform), manage observability (Loki, Grafana, Prometheus), enforce security/compliance and cost optimization, and mentor engineering teams to improve developer experience and automation.

Own and scale Services operations across EMEA: capacity and demand forecasting, financial and margin management, Power BI data modeling and reporting, tooling and automation, AI-enabled operational improvements, cross-functional deal and resource planning, and governance to improve utilisation, predictability and profitability.
