Lead customer research, define product strategy and roadmap, align cross-functional teams, manage go-to-market, monitor competition, and build structured product practices to deliver forecasting and analytics across market time horizons.

Lead strategic customer accounts to ensure adoption, retention, and value realization of Volue's SaaS products. Drive onboarding, training, escalations, upsell, and cross-functional feedback. Use data-driven and AI-assisted insights to monitor customer health, improve processes, automate CS workflows, mentor juniors, and represent Customer Success in product and AI initiatives.

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack features using Java/Spring Boot backends and React/TypeScript frontends. Build component libraries and data-dense UIs, integrate with external market systems and messaging channels (SFTP/AS4/ECP), improve reliability and observability, and contribute to data modeling and performance across time-critical energy operations.

Manage Turkish local GAAP bookkeeping and monthly IFRS conversion adjustments, ensure IAS 29 hyperinflation compliance, prepare financial statements, handle invoicing/e-Fatura and AR/AP, support revenue recognition and Salesforce billing configuration, drive finance automation, cash flow/FX monitoring, and coordinate local/global R&D/Tehnopark reporting.
