Teams at Volue

Provide first- and second-level customer support for SaaS and on-premises software solutions. Analyze, track, and resolve service desk requests, assist with cloud and Docker-based installations, communicate with customers, and collaborate with development teams on issue investigation and product improvements. This student role requires 20–25 hours per week, fluent German, technical studies, analytical problem-solving, and interest in cloud technologies.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions for SaaS energy-trading products. Gather and validate functional and non-functional requirements, model business processes, collaborate with architects, developers, and product owners, define acceptance criteria, support testing, lead stakeholder workshops, and monitor implementation to ensure business objectives are met.

Lead strategic customer accounts to ensure adoption, retention, and value realization of Volue's SaaS products. Drive onboarding, training, escalations, upsell, and cross-functional feedback. Use data-driven and AI-assisted insights to monitor customer health, improve processes, automate CS workflows, mentor juniors, and represent Customer Success in product and AI initiatives.
