Develop and maintain a domain-rich power-grid auction application using .NET 9 and C#. Build RabbitMQ-based asynchronous services, manage Azure cloud infrastructure, and support architecture, deployment, CI/CD, and production monitoring. The role requires backend web application development with ASP.NET Core and WebAPI, SQL and ORM knowledge, Docker and Kubernetes experience, and hybrid work from the Gdansk office two days per week.

Develop new business and expand existing customer relationships by managing the full sales cycle for complex energy software solutions. Responsibilities include account planning, relationship building, opportunity development, negotiation, closing, pipeline management, forecasting, upselling, cross-selling, and meeting sales targets. The role collaborates with sales, product, delivery, marketing, legal, and customer success teams, while helping customers realize business value and ROI.

Design and lead Volue’s group compliance framework, covering governance, risk, controls, monitoring, training, investigations, anti-bribery, sanctions, competition, due diligence, GDPR, and regulatory engagement. Advise on REMIT, EU AI Act, NIS2, cybersecurity, operational resilience, privacy, contracts, tenders, market entry, product launches, and M&A. Partner with senior stakeholders, regulators, information security, finance, product, and commercial teams across an international technology business.
