Lead Volue's European events strategy, selecting and delivering owned and third-party events to drive pipeline, customer insight, retention and brand reputation. Manage budgets, suppliers, logistics, content, speakers, lead capture and post-event nurturing while partnering with Sales, Product and Customer Success. Represent German- and English-speaking markets and continuously improve event formats.

Coordinate and support development projects from planning through execution, identify and prepare new R&D initiatives and funding bids, ensure scalable, secure solutions, translate research into commercial products, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across product, development, and research teams.

Own the full sales cycle for enterprise energy customers in Switzerland: identify and qualify opportunities, build strategic account plans and stakeholder relationships, present solutions, negotiate and close deals, manage pipeline/CRM, collaborate with BD, solution and delivery teams, and ensure successful onboarding and long-term customer satisfaction.
