We are now looking for a Technical Consultant to join our team. You will be the link between our customers and our development team, helping energy companies get the most out of their time series data, whether they run on-premises or in the cloud.
The role
You will be the trusted technical contact for our customers on integration and design questions, and you will take projects from first requirements through to go-live. You are structured, solution-oriented and confident in front of customers, and you enjoy turning customer needs into clear specifications that development can act on.
Your responsibilities
Act as the point of contact for key customers on integration and design questions
Write requirements documents and functional specifications
Serve as the central link between our on-premises and SaaS customers and our development team
Deliver update projects
Manage customer projects for new and existing customers:
Requirements analysis and specification
Project management
Quality assurance and acceptance of developments
Installation on customer systems
Provide 1st and 2nd level support for Volue Timeseries Hub
Your profile
Degree in computer science, business informatics, energy engineering or an equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in IT consulting, application support or customer projects, ideally in the energy sector
Experience in project management
Skills in databases (SQL), interfaces (REST, file formats) and SaaS environments are a plus
A structured, solution-oriented way of working and confidence with customers
Fluent German and English

The minimum gross salary for this position is EUR 3.954 per month (full-time equivalent). The final salary will be determined based on your qualifications and relevant experience.
