Volare Health offers a state-approved, free 117-hour Nursing Assistant training (65 classroom, 42 clinical) in Corvallis. Class is unpaid but guarantees employment upon graduation; trainees are asked to work 6–12 months. Course includes CPR/BLS, textbook, clinical instruction; students must purchase scrubs, shoes, and a watch. Trainees must be 18, pass a criminal background check, read basic English, and be eligible to work in the US. State exam and fingerprint fees are student-responsible but reimbursed after hire.

Directs social services for long-term care residents: performs psychosocial and social history assessments, develops care and discharge plans, orients and supports residents and families, documents progress, facilitates family meetings and volunteer programs, and upholds residents' rights.

Provide clinical oversight and coaching to nursing teams across four Louisiana facilities; ensure regulatory compliance, resident safety, infection control, staff education, and operational excellence while fostering relationships with residents, families, regulators, and staff.
