Leads daily operations for physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Oversees staffing, clinical services, regulatory compliance, and patient-care goals while providing hands-on therapy as needed within the director’s licensed discipline. Mentors clinicians, collaborates with patients, families, staff, and regulators, and drives positive patient outcomes.

Manage bi-weekly payroll and timekeeping, resolve timecard discrepancies, support benefits enrollment and leave administration, coordinate new-hire onboarding and background checks, and provide general HR administrative support while maintaining confidentiality.

Supports the Social Services Director in addressing residents’ social, emotional, and psychological needs. Responsibilities include completing social and psychosocial assessments, discharge plans, MDS and care plans; helping residents and families adjust to facility changes; reviewing residents’ rights; supporting volunteer programs and family meetings; and documenting progress notes.
