Provide HR support to multiple skilled nursing facilities including payroll troubleshooting, FMLA and leave administration, personnel file audits, recruitment and retention support, workers' comp/unemployment claim assistance, PBC training, and promoting employee engagement. Regular travel to assigned facilities is required.

Direct and oversee daily nursing unit operations to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality resident care. Supervise staff, coordinate rehabilitative and restorative nursing, manage wound care, and follow Director of Nursing guidance. Requires prior healthcare experience.

Provide direct resident care under licensed nursing supervision: take vitals, assist with ambulation, lifting/transfers, positioning, feeding, weights, restorative care, respond to call lights, communicate with residents and families, and follow care team directions.
