Coordinate and complete accurate MDS (PPS) resident assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain assessment schedules, perform precise MDS coding from interviews/records, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and support clinical documentation and resident care.

Lead and manage all accounting operations for a multi-facility skilled nursing organization, ensuring accurate GAAP financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and strong internal controls. Oversee audits, tax coordination, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, multi-entity accounting, budgeting, financial analysis, and standardization of processes while mentoring and developing the accounting team and partnering with the CFO on strategic planning.

Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff: take vitals, ambulate, lift/transfer, position residents, record weights, deliver restorative care, assist with feeding and diets, respond to call lights, communicate with residents and families, and support the caregiving team.
