Supports presales engineers by researching ELV, physical security, CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and networking solutions. Assists with technical proposals, BOQs, product comparisons, system configurations, architecture diagrams, presentations, client meetings, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept activities. The role develops practical networking knowledge, supports customer requirement documentation, and coordinates with sales and technical teams on solution design and validation.

Supports procurement and supply chain operations by coordinating purchase requests, purchase orders, vendor quotations, pricing, deliveries, shipments, inventory, and material dispatch. Maintains procurement trackers, ERP records, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documentation using Excel and ERP systems. Coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and supports daily procurement administration.
