Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, teams, vendors, and client communication. Oversee installation, commissioning, compliance, risk mitigation, and maintain documentation and as-built drawings.

Sell integrated industrial solutions to factories: identify leads, conduct site scoping, collaborate with engineering to build proposals, present and negotiate contracts, manage accounts for upgrades and maintenance, and coordinate handovers and delivery while tracking pipeline and forecasts in CRM.

Lead product direction for physical security systems at factories: own software roadmap and backlog, write PRDs and user stories, evaluate hardware/services, build internal training and playbooks, engage with field teams and customers, support pre-sales and solution proposals, and translate site feedback into product requirements.

Support Solutions team with technology research, solution design, architecture diagrams, technical proposals, AutoCAD 2D/3D design, documentation, presentations, and competitive analysis. Maintain knowledge base, assist pre-sales with data gathering and prepare case studies and technical materials while participating in solution improvement discussions.

Sell integrated industrial solutions to factories and warehouses: identify prospects, conduct site scoping, develop technical BOQs with engineers, present proposals, negotiate contracts, close profitable system-integration deals, and manage key accounts for upgrades, maintenance, network and IoT add-ons.

Support SaaS sales team by assisting account management, executing outbound lead generation, conducting market research, maintaining CRM data, coordinating onboarding, and preparing sales materials to help close deals.

Identify and win industrial factory clients by conducting site visits and technical scoping, developing integrated system-integration proposals with engineering, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing profitable deals. Maintain and grow key accounts through upgrades, maintenance and IoT add-ons, coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams, and keep CRM and forecasts updated to meet revenue and margin KPIs.
