Supports procurement and supply chain operations by coordinating purchase requests, purchase orders, vendor quotations, pricing, deliveries, shipments, inventory, and material dispatch. Maintains procurement trackers, ERP records, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery documentation using Excel and ERP systems. Coordinates with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and supports daily procurement administration.

Own accounts receivable collections, accounts payable, bookkeeping, reconciliations, MIS reporting, cash-flow visibility, and statutory compliance. The role manages customer collections, vendor payments, aging reports, invoicing, GST and TDS requirements, Zoho Books records, financial controls, and coordination with internal teams, customers, vendors, consultants, and auditors. This is a hands-on position focused on reducing overdue receivables, maintaining accurate books, resolving discrepancies, and supporting budgeting and financial planning.

Supports customer onboarding, query resolution, engagement tracking, CRM updates, documentation, feedback collection, meetings, webinars, training sessions, and support ticket follow-up. Collaborates with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, retention, and satisfaction while gaining hands-on experience in B2B SaaS customer success.
