Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for Vivid Seats' web product experience. Partner with engineering, design, analytics, SEO, and marketing to improve discovery, conversion, and revenue through experimentation, data-driven product decisions, technical SEO, landing page optimization, and cross-functional delivery. Define KPIs, run discovery and A/B tests, prioritize tradeoffs, and communicate results to stakeholders while improving site performance and scalability.

Manage seller ticket fulfillment using Skybox POS, communicate with sellers via phone and email, monitor queues for timely and accurate order processing, troubleshoot order/data exchange issues, and build/maintain seller relationships while supporting marketplace operations.
