Respond to sellers and customers via phone, chat, and email; resolve order-related issues; monitor and confirm pending orders; maintain seller relationships; collaborate with internal teams to improve processes; participate in projects and adopt AI tools to improve efficiency.

Serve as a front-line customer service representative managing inbound interactions across phone, email, and chat. Resolve escalations, monitor orders, support partner experiences, document actions, collaborate cross-functionally, and support fan engagement initiatives. Hybrid role with evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Provide front-line technical support for the SkyBox POS platform via phone, chat, and email; diagnose and resolve user issues; train and promote platform usage; perform QA testing, contribute feedback to product development, and support onboarding and escalation processes.
