The HSSE Business Partner coaches retail operational leaders to improve safety culture, embed safe work practices, manage operational risks, conduct assessments and compliance checks, investigate incidents, monitor corrective actions, communicate safety learnings, and maintain emergency readiness across a multi-site network. The role partners with Operations, Store Enablement, Group Safety, and Group Security on HSSE requirements, initiatives, and change programs.

Create packaging, digital and print assets, campaign designs, brand materials, animation, and motion graphics across multiple retail and food brands. Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to deliver creative work for social media, retail screens, in-store experiences, and other channels in a fast-paced environment.

Lead end-to-end delivery of engineering and construction projects at bulk fuel terminals (Clyde, Gore Bay). Manage scope, schedule, budget, risk, HSE, stakeholders, contractors and compliance from concept through commissioning. Produce project documentation, forecasts and reports while driving contractor performance and continuous improvement in live brownfield environments.

Oversee Eyre Peninsula depot operations: coordinate delivery scheduling, manage customer service, enforce safety and efficiency standards, and lead daily operational decisions to ensure regional service quality.

Provide technical leadership for Viva Energy's shipping, tanker and terminal operations. Conduct vessel vetting, audits, assurance, incident investigations, ship/shore interface support, oil spill preparedness, and stakeholder engagement across Australian ports.

Partner with Operations and Finance leaders to deliver month-end reporting, reconciliations, variance analysis, and operational cost insights across a national retail store network. Extract and reconcile data from multiple systems, investigate discrepancies, support budgeting and forecasting, and build/improve reports and dashboards to drive decision-making and improve store performance.

Senior infrastructure specialist responsible for designing, delivering and optimising scalable, secure IT platform solutions across energy, retail and commercial environments. Leads system integration, deployment strategies, monitoring and incident escalation; embeds security and compliance; drives automation, observability and continuous improvement while collaborating with architecture, engineering, cybersecurity and application teams.

Provide administrative support for depot operations: prepare delivery paperwork and run sheets; manage fleet and driver records; process transport and commercial documentation; coordinate payroll, supplies and maintenance logistics; support operations team and maintain accurate, confidential records and stakeholder relationships.

Lead D365 SCM functional design and configuration, gather and document business requirements, run stakeholder workshops, produce Functional Design Documents, support UAT and testing, recommend process improvements and support upgrades to optimise supply chain and warehouse processes.
