Supervise and lead a team of Electrical & Instrumentation tradespeople (8-10) with a high-voltage focus. Ensure safe execution of maintenance, JHA approval, CMMS/JDE work order delivery, workforce development, apprentice oversight, and continuous improvement in a hazardous refinery environment.

Provide hands‑on IT/OT infrastructure support at the Geelong refinery to ensure availability, security, and lifecycle management of control systems, historians, servers, networks, virtualisation and data centre environments. Own incident response, troubleshooting, vendor engagement, and on‑call support for high‑impact operational events while ensuring secure IT/OT integration and compliance with IEC 62443 and organisational cyber security standards.

Lead establishment of a centralised retail capital portfolio function to govern prioritisation, delivery and reporting of CAPEX investments. Ensure alignment to strategy, oversee project delivery and risk management, partner with Retail/Property/Finance, use analytics to optimise allocation, and drive benefits realisation and continuous improvement.

Design, build and optimise enterprise-scale Azure and AWS cloud platforms. Maintain platform health, manage monitoring and incidents, implement IaC (Terraform), create CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, automate tasks, improve security, governance and cost optimisation, and collaborate with teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions.

Manage NSW depot and transport operations, ensuring safety, compliance with regulations and company policies, fleet readiness, driver accreditation, workforce planning, rostering, depot stocking and customer-focused timely deliveries. Lead, coach and develop drivers, run inspections and incident investigations, and support depot projects and continuous improvement.
