Manage NSW depot and transport operations, ensuring safety, compliance with regulations and company policies, fleet readiness, driver accreditation, workforce planning, rostering, depot stocking and customer-focused timely deliveries. Lead, coach and develop drivers, run inspections and incident investigations, and support depot projects and continuous improvement.

Manage strategic B2B customer relationships and contract delivery for enterprise accounts. Develop account strategies integrating sales, operations, technical and marketing initiatives, drive revenue growth, ensure contract compliance, and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer outcomes and commercial performance.
