Lead D365 SCM functional design and configuration, gather and document business requirements, run stakeholder workshops, produce Functional Design Documents, support UAT and testing, recommend process improvements and support upgrades to optimise supply chain and warehouse processes.

Lead and coordinate depot and transport operations across NSW, ensuring safety and compliance, managing drivers and fleet planning, rostering and payroll, incident investigations, depot assurance, and supporting customer service and supply planning.

Coordinate fuel deliveries and manage stock for metro and surrounding customers. Plan daily schedules complying with regulations, optimize fleet utilisation, provide customer updates, and troubleshoot operational issues including after-hours adjustments.
