Provide nursing care in the emergency department for patients across the lifespan. Plan, supervise, and evaluate patient care, coordinate with medical plans and hospital policies, and demonstrate patient-centered, flexible, and cooperative practice with staff, physicians, patients, and visitors.

Collect and verify patient demographics and insurance benefits, estimate patient liabilities, document coverage in AS400, monitor medical necessity for tests, obtain/track pre-certifications and authorizations, notify appropriate departments of coverage issues, and support hospital reimbursement efforts.

Provide specialized repair, inspection, installation, troubleshooting, calibration, and preventive maintenance of imaging and clinical biomedical equipment. Serve as frontline responder for escalated service events, mentor peers, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, support patient-care acuity devices, and collaborate across hospital departments to maintain equipment readiness.

Provides basic patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse for neonatal through geriatric patients. Assists with patient handling, mobility, and activities of daily living, follows care plans, communicates with staff, and performs clerical tasks as needed. Works in an acute care ICU setting, requires flexible scheduling including weekends, and adheres to safety, infection control, and physical demands of the role.

Manage third-party medical billing and collections, apply CPT and ICD10 coding, resolve billing and reimbursement issues, use medical A/R software, communicate with internal and external customers, prioritize tasks, and ensure accurate account reconciliation and recordkeeping.

Provide patient-centered nursing care within a hospital setting. Must be a graduate of an approved nursing program, hold current RN licensure (Tennessee or Compact), maintain BLS and ACLS certifications (ACLS within 30 days if not current), and support the care team in delivering safe, compassionate care. Two years hospital experience preferred.

Provide skilled nursing interventions within the LPN scope under RN supervision for home health patients. Assist with care coordination, complete assigned visit frequencies per plan of care, perform chart review and intake backup, and cover Home Health Aide duties when needed to meet regulatory requirements.

Provide pediatric neuropsychological assessment and testing, interpret results in age-appropriate terms, select appropriate instruments, deliver clinical diagnoses, and support care planning. Maintain required licensure and certifications and work with pediatric patient populations.

Provide safe, age-specific patient care and assist physicians during invasive diagnostic and interventional cardiac and special radiographic procedures in the Cardiac Cath/Specials Lab. Maintain sterile field, enforce safety practices and confidentiality, develop care plans, participate in performance improvement, educate patients, and participate in a call rotation with a 30-minute response time.

Performs diagnostic ultrasound exams for all ages, operates ultrasound equipment, assists in student training, ensures patient-centered care, documents findings, and complies with licensure and safety requirements.

Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department on a PRN day-shift basis. Must hold current RN licensure (Tennessee or compact), BLS and ACLS (or obtain ACLS within 30 days). Graduate of an approved nursing program required; two years hospital or medical experience preferred. Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care consistent with facility policies and scope of practice.

Assist licensed nursing staff by performing clinical rotation shifts across multiple nursing areas, providing hands-on patient care for all ages under RN direction, and learning nursing practices while working alongside nurses and physicians.

Process and submit medical claims, verify patient and insurance information, follow up on unpaid or denied claims, post payments and adjustments, resolve coding errors and billing discrepancies, communicate with payers/patients/providers, maintain accurate records, assist month-end AR close, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Provide supervised direct and indirect patient care under licensed nursing staff. Observe professional ethics and confidentiality, follow safety practices, participate in performance improvement, utilize the nursing process for age-specific care, develop/update plans for special procedures, educate patients on rights, and care for patients receiving conscious sedation. BLS required upon hire.

Serve as a clinical informatics analyst for Epic HIM and related Epic modules: develop, test, maintain, deploy, troubleshoot, and train users. Act as liaison to clinicians, support change management, ensure compliance, produce analytics, participate in projects, and maintain certifications and competency.

Assist licensed nursing staff under RN direction, perform clinical rotation shifts across multiple nursing areas, work hands-on with pediatric through geriatric patients, and learn nursing practices while collaborating with nurses and physicians.

Performs radiographic examinations for patients across all age groups, ensures quality and continuity of patient care, assists in clinical training of radiologic technology students, follows safety and radiation protocols, communicates with patients and staff, and selects appropriate instrumentation and supplies.

Provides nursing care in the emergency department for patients of all ages, using the nursing process to assess, intervene, monitor, and document. Works under the Clinical Manager, may assume manager duties as requested, maintains required life-support certifications, and works a flexible schedule including weekends in an acute care setting.
