Guide cloud transformation, AI and agentic initiatives, data platform development, application modernization, resilience, security, and technical debt reduction. Govern technology inventories, demand management, vendor selections, and major architectural decisions while partnering with engineering, trading, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and executive technology teams. Establish the function and build a future enterprise architecture team.

Build and deploy LLM-based automation solutions for energy and commodities trading workflows. Responsibilities include designing agentic AI workflows, developing prompts, AI Skills, and MCPs, collaborating with business users, translating needs into technical solutions, deploying production-ready systems, and documenting work. The role requires strong Python engineering, familiarity with LLMs, Git, Docker, full-stack development, and effective communication with nontechnical stakeholders.

Design, prototype, and deliver full-stack applications (C#/Python backend, React/TypeScript frontend) for trading desks; build data feeds, manage end-to-end projects, optimise SQL databases, and present analytics dashboards to stakeholders.
