Embed with commercial teams to identify high-value AI opportunities; translate business problems into technical requirements and delivery plans; design, build, and deploy agentic GenAI solutions and platform extensions (connectors, tool-calling, MCP servers). Apply LLMs, RAG, NLP, time-series forecasting, and optimization to pricing, trade flows, and operational problems. Own prototype-to-production delivery, communicate with traders and engineering teams, and champion AI best practices, code reviews, and evaluation.

Operate and evolve Vitol's global shared platforms, CI/CD and cloud services (AWS hybrid). Build platform tooling, automation, pipelines, and deployment services; own reliability, incident response, lifecycle management; partner with developers and security to improve developer experience and embed secure practices; collaborate globally on support and standards.

Support APAC Regional Tax Managers focusing on indirect tax compliance and tax system automation. Liaise with IT and external advisers to implement tax engines and e-invoicing, prepare tax schedules and monthly provisions, assist with transfer pricing and direct tax matters, manage compliance deadlines, document processes and controls, and train cross-functional teams on tax process changes while monitoring APAC tax law developments.
