Hands-on System Administrator responsible for administering on-premises Exchange and Exchange Online, planning and executing mailbox migrations, managing Microsoft 365 messaging and Entra ID, maintaining Windows Server/AD infrastructure, supporting IAM and SSO integrations, ensuring security/compliance, providing escalated operational support, and automating tasks with PowerShell.

Manage and maintain reference/master data across systems: support migrations and harmonisation, validate and prepare datasets, design automated/non-regression tests, monitor data quality, resolve support tickets, triage user requests, and advise stakeholders on mappings, lineage and onboarding.

Provide 1st/2nd level end-user computing support for hardware, software, telephony and printers; onboard new hires; manage workstations, iPhones, SCCM/Intune deployments; support Bloomberg/Reuters applications; create automation/scripts; perform desk moves; document procedures and be available on-call outside business hours.
