Coordinates legal request intake, routing, tracking, and execution across commercial teams and the Legal Department. Drafts, revises, and negotiates commercial agreements using templates and established forms. Maintains contract records, execution packages, checklists, virtual data rooms, and post-closing obligations. Collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Credit, Insurance, Tax, Contracts, Demurrage, and other internal groups while managing multiple deadlines and identifying process gaps.

Supports refinery process design, risk assessment, troubleshooting, optimization, and operational reliability. Performs material and energy balances, economic and blending analyses, simulation, equipment evaluations, debottlenecking studies, and feasibility assessments. Develops procedures, manages process safety reviews and Management-of-Change activities, leads plant startup safety reviews, monitors corrosion and performance, ensures product quality and regulatory compliance, and supports integrated refinery and terminal operations.

Manage full-set accounting activities, including general ledger maintenance, payables, receivables, reconciliations, month-end closing, financial reporting, fixed assets, CAPEX tracking, variance analysis, budgeting, tax filings, and audit coordination. The role also supports finance-system implementations, process improvements, and ad hoc projects while ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial information.
