Diagnose orthodontic issues and develop comprehensive treatment plans for children, adolescents, and adults. Serve as the first point of contact for pediatric patients and families, managing check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, payments, phone inquiries, records, and coordination with clinical staff to ensure smooth front-office operations.

Lead marketing measurement, attribution, and reporting infrastructure. Build automated dashboards, ensure tracking integrity across channels, integrate data sources, deliver performance insights, and partner with operations and agencies to connect marketing to patient acquisition.

Serve as the first point of contact for pediatric patients and families, manage check-ins/outs, schedule appointments, verify insurance, collect payments, maintain records, answer phones, coordinate with clinical staff, and support front-office organization to ensure smooth patient flow.

Support month-end close and prepare/review practice-level P&Ls, explain variances, build practice analytics and KPIs, standardize integrations of new practices onto the finance platform, and deliver ad-hoc analyses to drive value and operational decisions.

Lead and oversee regional operations for a network of pediatric dental and orthodontic practice-owners, drive best practices, ensure high patient care and ethical standards, support growth initiatives, and partner with management and clinicians to hire, develop staff, and optimize practice performance.

Provide high-touch patient liaison services in a concierge orthodontic practice: educate patients on treatment plans, coordinate appointments and follow-ups, support case presentations, and collaborate with orthodontists while maintaining luxury service standards. Support revenue cycle performance across pediatric dental and orthodontic practices by monitoring key metrics, identifying trends, and driving improvements in collections and reimbursement. Partner with operations leadership and practice billing teams to standardize workflows and optimize reimbursement outcomes. Hybrid role based in South Florida with occasional travel to supported practices.
