Plan, launch, optimize, and scale paid digital campaigns (Google & Meta) to drive patient leads for pediatric dentistry and orthodontic practices. Manage budgets, bidding, tracking, attribution, reporting, A/B tests, landing page CRO, and collaborate with SEO, content, operations, and agency partners to improve lead quality and campaign performance.

Manage daily patient scheduling, confirm appointments, verify dental insurance and pre-authorizations, update patient records, handle high-volume phone calls, greet patients, coordinate with clinical teams, assist follow-up scheduling, and maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.

Own marketing measurement, attribution, reporting infrastructure, and data integrations. Build automated dashboards in Looker Studio, ensure tracking accuracy across channels, manage APIs/webhooks and call-tracking integrations, deliver performance insights, and partner with operations, agencies, and practice stakeholders to improve patient acquisition and reporting quality.

Oversee operations for regional dental practices to drive revenue and profitability, manage P&L, lead and develop staff, ensure compliance, maximize patient satisfaction, coordinate scheduling, handle escalations, support HR duties, and manage regional marketing and software implementations with regular on-site visits several times monthly.

Assist orthodontist with clinical procedures, prepare treatment rooms and instruments, take digital radiographs/scans/photos, perform bonding/debonding and adjustments, sterilize instruments, instruct patients on care, and support front office to keep schedules running smoothly.

Answer incoming patient calls for an assigned pediatric/orthodontic office, schedule and manage appointments, verify insurance, document interactions in practice management software, assist overflow calls, maintain HIPAA compliance, collaborate with office staff, and help maximize provider productivity and patient experience.

Provide front-desk and patient-facing support at a high-end orthodontic practice: greet patients, deliver exceptional customer service, handle scheduling and communications, and support team operations. Candidate should have dental practice experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within the practice.

Serve as the first point of contact for pediatric dental patients and families. Manage check-in/check-out, scheduling, phone triage, insurance verification, payments, and patient records while coordinating with clinical staff to ensure smooth office flow and excellent patient experience.
