Serves as the first point of contact for pediatric dental patients and families. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, verifying insurance, collecting payments, maintaining records, coordinating with clinical staff, confirming appointments, and organizing the front office. The role requires strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and familiarity with dental software and insurance processes.

The Data Analyst will organize, validate, transform, and reconcile data from multiple healthcare practice management systems. Responsibilities include writing SQL and Python scripts, supporting a centralized data warehouse, building BI dashboards, validating data quality, analyzing business trends, documenting data processes, and partnering with Finance, Operations, Marketing, and leadership to deliver actionable insights.

Assist the orthodontist with patient appointments and procedures, including bonding, debonding, wire changes, and adjustments. Prepare treatment areas, educate patients and families about appliances and care, sterilize instruments, document treatment information, maintain patient flow, and support clinical and administrative teams. The role requires prior orthodontic assisting experience, knowledge of orthodontic procedures and infection control, strong communication skills, and applicable Alabama certifications.
