Develop and execute employer wellness program strategies that improve engagement, health outcomes, client satisfaction, retention, and profitability. Manage a portfolio of client accounts as the primary contact, using participation and performance data to recommend enhancements. Build relationships with clients, vendors, brokers, and internal teams; resolve issues; monitor risks and deliverables; and present program results, training, and communications to stakeholders, including senior and C-suite audiences.

Drive enterprise AI adoption by identifying high-value use cases, guiding solutions from concept to production, embedding governance and best practices, designing training, monitoring adoption and ROI, and leading stakeholder engagement and change management.

Support the sales organization by preparing and editing RFPs, RFIs, presentations, and proposal materials. Coordinate with subject matter experts, maintain proposal content libraries, track deadlines using project tools, and improve proposal processes. Assist with customized client responses, special projects, and administrative tasks to ensure accurate, timely submissions.
