Success requires strong accounting expertise, analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and financial systems, and effective collaboration across the organization.

Provides onsite Tier II desktop support by installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, peripherals, hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Resolves escalated tickets, documents solutions, manages upgrades, develops PC standards and images, maintains hardware inventory, coordinates vendor repairs, and mentors support staff. Requires strong customer service, technical troubleshooting, organization, teamwork, confidentiality, and flexibility.
