The Senior Accountant supports accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general ledger accounting, reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, tax filings, and audit preparation. The role analyzes financial transactions and variances, identifies accruals and adjustments, supports financial system updates, and drives process improvements. Success requires strong accounting expertise, analytical and organizational skills, proficiency in Excel and financial systems, and effective collaboration across the organization.

Provides onsite Tier II desktop support by installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting PCs, laptops, peripherals, hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Resolves escalated tickets, documents solutions, manages upgrades, develops PC standards and images, maintains hardware inventory, coordinates vendor repairs, and mentors support staff. Requires strong customer service, technical troubleshooting, organization, teamwork, confidentiality, and flexibility.

Manage community and organizational accounts to achieve blood collection goals. Build relationships with volunteer coordinators, recruit new blood drive partners, coach coordinators, develop recruitment plans, coordinate scheduling, promote blood donation at community events, and maintain accurate drive information. The role requires territory management, public speaking, flexible scheduling, and travel within the assigned territory.
