Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for VIP's owned events, roadshows, and conference presences to generate pipeline and revenue. Support product marketing lifecycle for a B2B SaaS portfolio: develop messaging and positioning, execute launches, create sales enablement, run win/loss analysis, maintain competitive intelligence, and produce demand-gen content to drive adoption and pipeline.

Manage accurate, timely payroll across multiple locations including Canadian and Indian payrolls; administer payroll systems (Paycom preferred); handle changes, deductions, off-cycle payments, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and compliance; partner with Accounting and People Operations; respond to employee inquiries; and identify process improvements and automation opportunities to scale payroll operations.

Manage sales data integrity in HubSpot, build sales enablement assets, generate reports and dashboards, support quote creation, and implement operational improvements to empower the sales team.

Install, configure, and train customers on VIP software (RAS and related modules), perform data conversion and hardware setup, provide on-site troubleshooting and upgrades, and coordinate with Support and Development teams.

Design, implement, and maintain reliable, secure, and scalable server and virtualized environments. Automate processes using Ansible, PowerShell, and bash. Troubleshoot root causes, enforce SOC1/2 security and IAM best practices, work with cloud and third-party solutions, mentor junior engineers, and lead deployment projects from testing to rollout.

Own and unify the enterprise Zendesk ecosystem: audit and optimize workflows, architect complex integrations, drive AI and WFM improvements, build reporting in Explore, lead change management, QA in sandbox, and enable/support teams with documentation and training.

The Senior Data Architect will design and optimize data warehouse solutions, manage large-scale database projects, and ensure data security while collaborating across teams.
