Own and unify the enterprise Zendesk ecosystem: audit and optimize workflows, architect complex integrations, drive AI and WFM improvements, build reporting in Explore, lead change management, QA in sandbox, and enable/support teams with documentation and training.

The Senior Data Architect will design and optimize data warehouse solutions, manage large-scale database projects, and ensure data security while collaborating across teams.

Lead end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution for VIP's owned events, roadshows, and conference presences to generate pipeline and revenue. Build repeatable event processes, partner with sales and demand gen, manage vendors and logistics, and design the flagship 500+ attendee customer summit. Track event ROI, attribution, and attendee satisfaction while using event tech and approved AI tools to drive efficiency.

Manage accurate, timely payroll across multiple locations including Canadian and Indian payrolls; administer payroll systems (Paycom preferred); handle changes, deductions, off-cycle payments, reconciliations, reporting, audits, and compliance; partner with Accounting and People Operations; respond to employee inquiries; and identify process improvements and automation opportunities to scale payroll operations.
