Support product marketing lifecycle: develop positioning and messaging, execute launches, create sales enablement (battlecards, one-pagers), conduct win/loss analysis and customer interviews, maintain competitive intelligence, produce case studies and content, collaborate with product, sales, demand gen, and design to drive adoption, expansion, and pipeline.

Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable server and virtualized environments. Build automation with Ansible, PowerShell, and bash; manage web hosting (HAProxy, Tomcat, IIS); troubleshoot infrastructure incidents; enforce SOC1/2 security and IAM practices; collaborate with security and platform teams; mentor junior engineers; evaluate and roll out new tools and cloud services.

The Senior Data Architect will design and optimize data warehouse solutions, manage large-scale database projects, and ensure data security while collaborating across teams.

Serve as the primary customer-facing contact for supplier onboarding and implementation of sales data collection and reporting. Build relationships, create and execute implementation plans, coordinate internal teams, address questions, and ensure timely, accurate project completion while managing multiple priorities.

Provide front-line support to beverage suppliers using the companys sales data collection and reporting tools. Build trusted relationships, troubleshoot data/reporting issues, prioritize tasks, and route complex problems to appropriate resources. Work collaboratively on a support team to improve data quality and customer outcomes.
