Lead NorCal operations overseeing scheduling, warehouse, production, customer care, jobsite field teams, safety, recruiting, and process compliance. Liaise with VP Operations, Finance, HR, and Sales to implement best practices, forecast volume, control costs, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate and schedule residential installation projects, maintain scheduling records and Supply Pro entries, dispatch crew leaders with contracts/diagrams, process incoming materials, create and upload daily schedules, resolve delivery and vendor issues, and support department operations.

Coordinate bidding and community setup for awarded projects: prepare bid documents, download blueprints, gather costs, complete bid worksheets, and liaise with estimating and sales. Set up awarded communities in NextGen, upload templates and sequence sheets, create diagrams, validate contracts, maintain builder pricing, assist billing, and support program readiness prior to grand openings.
