Manage and maintain hybrid infrastructure spanning on-prem Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, and AWS. Administer identity (Okta), MDM (Intune, JAMF), backups (Veeam/ExaGrid/Wasabi), monitoring (Zabbix), SFTP/HIPAA data exchange, and automation (Ansible). Provide second-level support, participate in on-call rotation, perform monthly patching, and drive projects to resolution with minimal oversight.

Lead and build Vimly's demand generation function from scratch. Own end-to-end strategy and execution for email, paid, content syndication, webinars, and ABM to generate and accelerate pipeline. Manage marketing budget, tools, vendors, and align closely with sales to target enterprise accounts and optimize campaigns by performance data.

Provide Tier II IT support and escalation for hardware, software, and applications; install and configure critical applications; maintain patch management, security, and servers; document solutions, mentor junior staff, and drive improvements to support processes and systems.

Own full sales cycle to acquire new logos and expand revenue. Build targeted outbound/inbound pipeline, run consultative discovery with complex buyers, orchestrate cross-functional teams, maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting, and close multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in a regulated SaaS environment.
