Provide benefit, reimbursement, billing, COBRA, claims, enrollment, and eligibility support; manage Salesforce cases; process ID cards and QLEs; de-escalate issues; perform reporting and administrative tasks; maintain HIPAA compliance and a distraction-free remote workspace.

Own full sales cycle to acquire new logos and expand revenue. Build targeted outbound/inbound pipeline, run consultative discovery with complex buyers, orchestrate cross-functional teams, maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting, and close multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in a regulated SaaS environment.

Lead migration from legacy backend to serverless Node.js/TypeScript on cloud. Design, direct, and verify AI-assisted implementations, migrate and optimize SQL Server data, build APIs and event-driven workflows, participate in reviews, collaborate cross-functionally, and support production during transition.
