Build targeted outbound/inbound pipeline, run consultative discovery with complex buyers, orchestrate cross-functional teams, maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting, and close multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in a regulated SaaS environment.

Manage and maintain hybrid infrastructure spanning on-prem Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, and AWS. Administer identity (Okta), MDM (Intune, JAMF), backups (Veeam/ExaGrid/Wasabi), monitoring (Zabbix), SFTP/HIPAA data exchange, and automation (Ansible). Provide second-level support, participate in on-call rotation, perform monthly patching, and drive projects to resolution with minimal oversight.
