Map processes, gather requirements, clean and analyze data, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Collaborate with finance, sales, and other teams to identify automation opportunities, using Python, SQL, APIs, databases, and AI where appropriate. Own testing, deployment, documentation, error handling, logging, infrastructure, and continuous improvement of automated systems.

Build and scale Vimly’s strategic partnership ecosystem across consultants, brokers, ERISA lawyers, and benefits advisors. Recruit and activate partners, generate qualified partner-sourced sales pipeline, establish referral agreements, enable co-selling, and track conversion and revenue metrics. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Client Success to improve partner performance, represent market feedback, and create scalable partnership processes in a PE-backed growth environment.

Own full sales cycle to acquire new logos and expand revenue. Build targeted outbound/inbound pipeline, run consultative discovery with complex buyers, orchestrate cross-functional teams, maintain disciplined CRM and forecasting, and close multi-stakeholder enterprise deals in a regulated SaaS environment.
