Maintain medication records, resident charts, care documentation, medication supplies, and controlled access. Communicate status changes, coordinate pharmacy orders and deliveries, assist with assessments and care plans, train care associates, and oversee care-plan charting.

Directs clinical and assisted living services, ensuring resident care quality, regulatory compliance, assessments, staffing, training, budgeting, and policy implementation. Leads nursing associates, collaborates with medical professionals and families, monitors resident health needs, manages supplies, provides on-call support, and oversees staff performance and development in an on-site community setting.

Directs resident life-enrichment programming across assisted living, independent living, and memory care communities. Plans activities, supervises staff and volunteers, manages calendars, budgets, supplies, records, and resident feedback, and coordinates events with other departments. Supports resident social, intellectual, physical, creative, and spiritual interests; ensures safety and regulatory compliance; provides staff training; assists with tours and outreach; and transports residents to appointments and community activities.
