Coordinates and leads meaningful activities for memory care and assisted living residents, promoting well-being, social engagement, and quality of life. Builds relationships with residents, families, volunteers, and community partners; monitors resident status and reports changes; maintains safe activity environments; supports marketing through event photos; and may transport residents to appointments, outings, and errands.

Responsible for sales and marketing within a senior living community, maintaining census, conducting tours and admission screenings, coordinating move-ins, completing admission paperwork, managing lead outreach through a CRM, and supporting quarterly marketing plans. The role also serves as a liaison for families, collaborates with wellness and leadership teams, reports facility concerns, and participates in weekend manager coverage.

Administers and assists with resident medications and treatments according to provider orders and Georgia regulations. Maintains medication records, resident charts, care plans, medication supplies, and pharmacy coordination. Communicates resident status changes, identifies residents needing higher care, supports care associate training, and oversees care plan documentation in an assisted living community.

Provides restaurant and bar support by assisting servers and guests, setting up service stations, stocking supplies, transporting linens, and maintaining clean, sanitary dining and bar areas. Performs sweeping, mopping, equipment cleaning, and storeroom organization while following food safety, sanitation, and service standards. Requires reliable performance across varied shifts, strong communication, and the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Provides restaurant and bar support by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, assisting servers and bartenders, stocking food and beverage areas, transporting supplies and linens, setting up side stations, and responding courteously to guest needs. Performs sweeping, mopping, equipment cleaning, storage organization, and other assigned duties while following safety, sanitation, and service standards. Requires on-site work, flexible shifts, physical activity, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
