Supports associate hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, compliance, employee records, certification tracking, recognition, and morale programs. Conducts interviews and reference checks, manages job postings and documentation, maintains training records, supports software and time-clock setup, coordinates workers’ compensation, and assists with employee meetings and policy compliance. The role is fully onsite in a senior living community and may require occasional weekend, evening, night, or on-call coverage.
