Supports club-level accounting operations by reviewing member transactions, discounts, adjustments, gift and bonus card activity, and contract audits. Researches account variances, resolves card and posting issues, follows up on delinquent accounts, maintains trackers and documentation, prepares reports, and communicates with club and corporate teams. The role also provides administrative and accounting support while protecting confidential member and financial information.
