Perform lifeguard duties including surveillance, enforcing water-safety policies, preventing and responding to aquatic emergencies, and providing customer service to members and guests. Assist with concerns within role parameters and complete other assigned duties. Maintain required certifications and follow American Red Cross standards.

Lead and manage the Group Exercise department, including scheduling, instructor training and audits, class programming, events (Les Mills launches, Zumba), payroll, equipment maintenance, and member engagement. Ensure SOP compliance, accurate app/website schedules, substitute coverage, and studio cleanliness while teaching classes as needed and analyzing participation to improve offerings.

Support the Aquatics Director by leading lifeguard and swim instruction teams, ensuring safety, scheduling, training, and five-star customer service while maintaining clean, compliant aquatic facilities.

Lead enterprise product strategy and execution across member and employee digital experiences (mobile app, CRM, billing, VillaOS). Own roadmap, write BRDs/PRDs/user stories, run acceptance testing, coordinate cross-functional launches, and reduce billing/CRM issues. Drive quarterly planning, KPIs, and stakeholder alignment to ensure operational readiness and consistent club rollouts.

Lead and manage a team of Membership Ambassadors to drive membership acquisition, orientation, and retention. Hire, train, and coach staff, execute grassroots marketing and sales strategies, support personal training presentations, manage budgets, and ensure club membership and fitness sales goals are met while delivering excellent member experience.

Lead and manage the aquatics team and operations for a multi-pool indoor/outdoor aquatics center. Hire, schedule, and train staff; develop budgets, strategic plans, and programming calendars; oversee lessons, teams, special events, and safety/compliance. Operate department with minimal supervision and report to the General Manager.
