Analyzes billing, membership, collections, revenue, and operational data; develops reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations; reconciles transactions across systems; investigates variances; monitors data quality; supports system implementations, migrations, audits, month-end close, and compliance reporting; and recommends process improvements, automation, and corrective actions.

Manages company-wide billing, collections, payment processing, reconciliations, account maintenance, internal controls, reporting, and compliance. Leads billing staff, improves processes, establishes performance metrics, supports system implementations, analyzes collection trends, and collaborates with Accounting, Operations, Membership, IT, and Finance. The role ensures accurate and timely billing across club locations and prepares executive reports for leadership.

Maintains a safe, well-stocked recovery area; manages appointments; guides members toward suitable recovery services; delivers excellent customer service; follows standards and checklists; and supports a positive, high-energy club environment under supervisor direction.
