Requires collaboration with finance, auditors, department leaders, and other organizational stakeholders.

Supervises daily gas station operations, including point-of-sale transactions, cash handling, guest service, staff education, and clerk duties. Communicates departmental needs, operational issues, business results, and team member concerns to management while ensuring smooth Pit Stop operations.

Assists hotel guests with luggage, room orientation, concierge services, directions, telephone requests, vehicle assistance, and guest concerns. The role manages Windows, networking, virtualization, storage, backups, Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity services; develops standards and disaster recovery practices; leads complex incidents and infrastructure projects; coordinates vendors and stakeholders; mentors junior administrators; and supports automation, compliance, hardening, and business continuity.

Performs journey-level locksmith and hardware maintenance: installs, repairs, and maintains locks, door hardware, and related building hardware; manages master key systems; documents work and prepares estimates, labor and material records; coordinates vendors and performs preventative maintenance. Requires 5 years related experience, valid driver's license, and clean driving record; locksmith certification preferred.

Manage group rooming lists and blocks in the Property Management and Sales systems; generate reports; handle client communications, billing, and on-site/off-site tours; provide guest service, resolve issues, maintain records, and support process improvements.
