Processes invoices, prepares payments, verifies purchase orders and authorization, reconciles vendor statements, researches discrepancies, files payment documentation, and supports audits. Performs clerical tasks including mail distribution and document filing while following company policies, maintaining accuracy, protecting assets, and meeting high-volume deadlines. Requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, holidays, and blackout dates.

Manages the accounting department’s daily operations, staff, general ledger, fixed assets, cash management, reconciliations, monthly close, financial reporting, budgets, audits, and internal controls. Oversees accounting policies, system testing, ERP support, reporting, and compliance while supervising hiring, performance, workload distribution, and team development. Requires collaboration with finance, auditors, department leaders, and other organizational stakeholders.

Leads administration, design, troubleshooting, security, lifecycle management, and project delivery for hybrid infrastructure supporting 24/7 casino operations. The role manages Windows, networking, virtualization, storage, backups, Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity services; develops standards and disaster recovery practices; leads complex incidents and infrastructure projects; coordinates vendors and stakeholders; mentors junior administrators; and supports automation, compliance, hardening, and business continuity.
