Leads administration, design, troubleshooting, security, lifecycle management, and project delivery for hybrid infrastructure supporting 24/7 casino operations. The role manages Windows, networking, virtualization, storage, backups, Microsoft 365, Azure, and identity services; develops standards and disaster recovery practices; leads complex incidents and infrastructure projects; coordinates vendors and stakeholders; mentors junior administrators; and supports automation, compliance, hardening, and business continuity.

Lead and coordinate count operations staff to ensure timely, accurate pulling, scanning, downloading and counting of slot machines, table games, and other casino revenues. Train staff, reconcile cash and chips, maintain compliance with internal control standards, troubleshoot equipment/download issues, produce reports, and liaise with IT/vendors and other departments.

Supervise table games and dealers, ensure regulatory and policy compliance (including Title 31), evaluate guest play and game performance, coach/train dealers, resolve guest disputes, process jackpots and IRS tax documents, maintain reports and shift operations, and support players' club promotion.
