Manages the accounting department’s daily operations, staff, general ledger, fixed assets, cash management, reconciliations, monthly close, financial reporting, budgets, audits, and internal controls. Oversees accounting policies, system testing, ERP support, reporting, and compliance while supervising hiring, performance, workload distribution, and team development. Requires collaboration with finance, auditors, department leaders, and other organizational stakeholders.

Supervises assigned table games, observes and evaluates dealers, trains staff on job expectations, monitors game activity, enforces gaming policies and regulations, protects game integrity, evaluates guest play using the established rating system, and tracks game win/loss performance.

Coordinates restaurant food orders between the kitchen and servers, verifies presentation and accuracy, adds garnishes, replenishes service supplies, and occasionally delivers orders to guests. Maintains menu and allergen knowledge, answers food-related questions, follows safety and sanitation procedures, and keeps the expo station clean and stocked. The role requires food-service certifications, customer communication skills, and physical ability to lift serving trays.
