The Regional Sales Director will develop relationships with financial advisors, promote investment products, and drive sales strategies for business growth.

Develop and maintain relationships with financial advisors, promote mutual funds/ETF, execute sales strategies, and achieve business growth in IA, NE, & AZ.

The Research Analyst supports portfolio managers by conducting fundamental analysis, evaluating investment opportunities, and maintaining financial models and databases.

Lead the Advertising Review team to review and approve marketing and communications across RIA and broker-dealer platforms. Provide SEC/FINRA/ETF marketing compliance expertise, support examinations, optimize review workflows and technology (including Red Oak AdMaster), and lead, mentor, and scale a distributed team to ensure timely, risk-based reviews.

Partner with the CEO to drive enterprise strategy and execution, lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize CEO time and executive team operations, manage board and investor relations, establish KPIs, identify process improvements, and represent the CEO in select meetings.

The Credit Research Analyst will conduct fundamental investment research on corporate bonds and leveraged loans, developing investment recommendations and collaborating with other financial professionals.

As a Client Engagement Specialist, you will provide customer service, educate clients on investment products, and support financial goal achievement through inbound interactions.

Create and edit financial marketing content across digital, print, and video channels; ensure regulatory compliance and brand consistency; develop educational materials for varied audiences; manage content calendar and production timelines; conduct content audits and performance analysis; collaborate with design, compliance, and product teams.

Lead portfolio management and trading for rules-based, index, and active equity strategies. Execute global equity trades, manage ETF rebalances, analyze performance and risks, coordinate with brokers/custodians, and drive process improvements.

Support portfolio compliance team with daily pre- and post-trade monitoring, rule coding and testing in Charles River, UCITS breach review, client onboarding, incident and client reporting, and compliance rule library migrations under supervision.

Lead and grow relationships with Taft-Hartley labor union clients and their investment consultants, manage a book of business, sell across Victory Capitals multi-franchise products, coordinate investment reviews, pursue new mandates, partner with internal teams, and travel weekly for networking and conferences.

Support senior analysts and portfolio managers on fundamental equity research for growth-oriented funds: conduct company and industry analysis, financial statement modeling and projections, comparable company analysis, write stock summaries, participate in calls, and monitor research/news flow.

Advise and manage client investment portfolios, open and maintain accounts, monitor performance, and deliver tailored recommendations. Build client relationships, pursue business development, represent the firm at events, and collaborate with internal teams on marketing and product rollouts.

This role services Victory Capital's institutional clients, ensuring timely onboarding, effective communication between departments, and resolving operational issues while maintaining expertise in compliance and tax accounting.

The Associate Director will drive sales pipeline growth, engage with financial advisors, and collaborate with the sales team to close new business opportunities.
