Develops and executes content, product, and multichannel marketing initiatives for asset management strategies. Responsibilities include translating investment concepts into marketing materials, managing campaigns and project timelines, supporting product launches and events, analyzing campaign performance, creating sales enablement tools, monitoring competitors, and coordinating compliance and legal reviews. The role partners with marketing, investment, sales, operations, and compliance teams to drive advisor engagement and distribution growth.

Supports portfolio trade compliance through pre- and post-trade monitoring, rule coding and testing in Charles River, regulatory interpretation, breach reviews, incident reporting, client onboarding, and compliance reporting. Collaborates with portfolio management, legal, operations, and sales while supporting UCITS, CSSF, Investment Company Act, ESG, and SFDR requirements across diverse asset classes.

Manages international client onboarding, legal agreement reviews, operational memoranda and SLAs, bespoke institutional reporting, UCITS fund reporting, and inbound client service issues. Coordinates cross-functional teams across Investments, Product, Legal, Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Client Service. Maintains dashboards, tracks deliverables, escalates risks, identifies process improvements, and supports automation and AI-driven reporting initiatives for global clients and partners.
