The FP&A Manager monitors program and shared-services budgets against actuals, prepares financial reports and dashboards, develops financial models for funding requests, and supports budget updates. The role partners with program directors and finance teams to assess financial performance, sustainability, revenue opportunities, hiring, projected expenses, billing alignment, and organizational process improvements. The manager also supports senior leadership reporting and special projects.

Support, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce CRM including custom development, integrations, data migrations, reports, dashboards, security, and upgrades. Lead and scale Vibrant's data science, ML, and AI function: set strategy and governance, oversee applied research and production ML (especially NLP), ensure HIPAA-compliant deployments, partner with execs and engineering, recruit and mentor teams, and deliver measurable outcomes for crisis services and enterprise initiatives.

Senior Salesforce Administrator responsible for CRM maintenance, enhancements, integrations, data migration, reports/dashboards, user support and training, documentation, vendor collaboration, and working with product, design, and analytics teams to deliver CRM solutions.

Senior data leader accountable for Vibrant's enterprise data strategy, unifying analytics, data science, ML, and AI. Owns governance, BI platform architecture, ML/AI model development and responsible AI frameworks, budgeting, compliance, and team building to deliver predictive models, dashboards, and equitable reporting for programs and executive stakeholders.

Manage ethics and compliance screening for research and evaluation activities. Conduct IRB and PRA/OMB intake reviews, assess protocols and data collection for participant protections, prepare recommendation and documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and support dissemination and process improvements for research governance in a crisis line/public health context.

Provide scientific leadership for research and evaluation of the 988 Lifeline, leading analytic planning, methodological guidance, literature synthesis, IRB coordination, supervising research staff, and producing dissemination materials to translate findings into practice and quality improvement.

Provide individualized IPS supported employment services to older adults on an ACT team: assess vocational skills, conduct job development and employer engagement, educate about benefits, coordinate with mental health treatment, document in EHRs, and support clients in obtaining and maintaining competitive employment across NYC.

Build, deploy, monitor, and document predictive models and analytical reports; translate findings for non-technical stakeholders; ensure model quality, fairness, and explainability; collaborate with data engineers and train staff on data literacy; support production ML infrastructure on AWS.
