Directs federal grant management for SAMHSA-funded 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline programs. Oversees pre-award planning, budgeting, post-award administration, reporting, procurement, invoicing, reconciliations, compliance, audit readiness, and grant closeout. Manages the Grants Manager and coordinates with Finance, Operations, Program, executive leadership, and federal funders. Strengthens controls, systems, documentation, and processes while translating strategic and regulatory requirements into actionable team initiatives.

Leads the design, development, integration, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce CRM systems. Responsibilities include Salesforce administration, Apex development, REST API and middleware integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, user support, documentation, security, reporting, dashboard management, testing, and collaboration with vendors, project managers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Manages the Salesforce CRM environment and CRM administration team. Oversees user access, permissions, tickets, incidents, configuration, data changes, testing, releases, documentation, vendor handoffs, and operational procedures. The Senior Engineer designs, deploys, configures, administers, and supports unified communications systems, including Genesys PureCloud voice, chat, SMS, and video infrastructure. Responsibilities include troubleshooting escalated incidents, monitoring system performance and capacity, coordinating vendors and service providers, managing upgrades and change controls, developing testing scenarios, and ensuring operational readiness for large-scale UC implementations.

Supports enterprise identity and access management operations, including access controls, role-based policies, user lifecycle management, security solution configuration, monitoring, incident investigation, vulnerability assessments, audits, and access request processing. The role works with application owners and leadership to remediate vulnerabilities, maintain IAM standards and baselines, support cloud and directory technologies, and provide end-user assistance while protecting company systems and data.

Supervises Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support staff in a 24/7 environment. Oversees ticket queues, escalations, SLA adherence, staffing, workload distribution, performance metrics, documentation, and shift coverage. Provides hands-on troubleshooting and collaborates with engineering and product teams on issues and improvements. Coaches team members, identifies training needs, reports support trends, and recommends workflow improvements.

Build, validate, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models and analytical reports. Translate findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders, promote data literacy, deliver training, collaborate on data infrastructure, apply advanced statistical and machine learning methods, and support analytical requests across mental health and crisis care programs.

Lead and scale Vibrant's data science, ML, and AI function: set strategy and governance, oversee applied research and production ML (especially NLP), ensure HIPAA-compliant deployments, partner with execs and engineering, recruit and mentor teams, and deliver measurable outcomes for crisis services and enterprise initiatives.
