Provide administrative support to 988 Lifeline executive leadership: calendar management, meeting minutes, credit card reconciliation and expense coding, travel logistics and documentation, coordinate with Finance, track tasks in Asana, and proactively manage projects and communications.

Coordinate and implement quality improvement activities across a network of crisis centers, monitor and report KPIs and compliance, analyze data, prepare QI/outcome reports for funders, lead QI meetings, investigate complaints, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve performance and ensure adherence to standards.

Lead development and execution of marketing and communications campaigns for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline/988. Manage and mentor the Marketing and Communications team, oversee agency/vendor relationships, track metrics and reporting, and develop sensitive public education messaging and partnerships to increase awareness and engagement.
