Maintains and supports hybrid IT infrastructure across on-premises, AWS, and Azure environments. Monitors servers and networks, performs patches and upgrades, manages accounts and access, maintains backups, applies security controls, documents systems, troubleshoots hardware and software issues, and supports end users. Collaborates with helpdesk and senior administrators on infrastructure projects and escalates complex problems. Occasional after-hours or on-call work may be required.

Supports institutional fundraising during a leave by researching and qualifying foundation, corporate philanthropy, and strategic partnership prospects. Responsibilities include building prioritized prospect portfolios, identifying contacts and funding opportunities, assessing programmatic alignment, assisting with limited grant proposals, updating databases, preparing internal briefings, and supporting development projects. The role works independently behind the scenes and does not manage external funder relationships or independently submit proposals.

Analyzes complex program data across Family and Youth Peer Support Services, ensuring data quality, managing reporting systems, developing dashboards and performance reports, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights. The role coordinates cross-site reporting, supports data collection and process improvement, presents findings to leadership and external stakeholders, and provides technical guidance and training to program staff.
