Supervise and develop Family and Youth Peer Advocates, provide coaching and training, oversee referrals and schedules, review electronic health record documentation, monitor service activity, and support reporting. Build partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, behavioral-health programs, and community organizations across Staten Island. Strengthen referral pathways, identify service gaps, represent the program at stakeholder meetings, and help families access coordinated support.

Build, validate, deploy, monitor, and maintain predictive models and analytical reports. Translate findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders, promote data literacy, deliver training, collaborate on data infrastructure, apply advanced statistical and machine learning methods, and support analytical requests across mental health and crisis care programs.

Monitors contact-center calls, chats, texts, documentation, and counselor performance for quality, regulatory, and funder compliance. Analyzes quality outcomes, complaints, grievances, and incident reports; maintains detailed records; identifies training needs; supports calibration meetings; and presents quality-improvement content. The role collaborates with training and supervisory teams to improve services and customer satisfaction for behavioral-health crisis programs.
