Follows up on inbound sales leads, researches Medicaid, Medicare, commercial, and community health plans, and executes outreach to generate sales meetings. Develops target account and territory strategies, supports new offering launches, manages proposal narratives and bid governance, and builds long-term client relationships. Achieves sales and meeting goals while collaborating with marketing, sales leadership, and internal stakeholders to acquire new accounts and grow revenue.

Own revenue expansion across existing health plan accounts by identifying, developing, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Build strategic account growth plans, manage pipelines and forecasts, cultivate executive relationships, present business cases, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Client Services, Clinical, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams. The role focuses on expanding products, services, markets, and member populations among healthcare clients.
