Operate lapping equipment to finish components to specified tolerances and surface requirements. Inspect parts using precision measurement tools, follow detailed procedures and safety requirements, maintain equipment and consumables, track production and quality records, and support process improvements. The role requires careful documentation, escalation of out-of-tolerance conditions, and eventual independent operation of assigned equipment and production queues.

Manage electronic security installation projects from planning through commissioning, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, change orders, invoicing, quality control, subcontractor supervision, and customer coordination. The role oversees project plans, P&L, construction schedules, material flow, inspections, issue resolution, and contingency planning while delivering multiple projects on time and within budget.

DoD SkillBridge intern supporting Siemens project management teams on building automation, fire/life safety, and integrated security projects. Responsibilities include reviewing contracts and drawings, maintaining schedules, coordinating materials and subcontractors, tracking costs and resources, documenting scope and schedule impacts, supporting change orders and billing, coordinating commissioning, and completing project closeout documentation. Applicants must be active-duty military members approved for SkillBridge participation and able to work onsite and travel locally as needed.
