Document current-state business processes through stakeholder discovery sessions and walkthroughs. Create SOPs, desktop procedures, process maps, RACI matrices, checklists, guides, risk registers, and validation records. Identify process gaps, risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, workarounds, and undocumented institutional knowledge. Maintain version control, track unresolved questions, organize artifacts, and support quality reviews for a Department of the Air Force transformation program.

Leads discovery interviews and process walkthroughs with DoD stakeholders, documenting current-state operations through SOPs, process maps, RACI matrices, workflows, checklists, and related artifacts. Identifies process gaps, risks, bottlenecks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities; manages validation, version control, repositories, status tracking, and leadership reviews. Provides quality guidance to other SkillBridge analysts while supporting a Department of the Air Force digital transformation program.

Supports employee relations, workplace investigations, recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, personnel records, audits, employee handbook updates, timecard reviews, HR reporting, and administrative projects. The role also handles I-9 documentation, employment verification, agency correspondence, labor-law research, and HR systems support. This is a hybrid, part-time position requiring regular in-person work in Irvine, California.
