Processes customer orders, provides information on pricing, products, and delivery, resolves order exceptions, and coordinates with Operations, Sales, and Purchasing. Maintains customer records, supports fulfillment, identifies cross-sell opportunities, completes administrative reporting, and follows safety and operational procedures. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, basic math, computer proficiency, and customer service experience in a potentially warehouse-based chemical distribution environment.

Manages and grows a $5M+ territory of complex, multi-location accounts through consultative selling. Responsibilities include developing strategic partnerships, identifying customer needs, designing profitable solutions, conducting sales presentations and negotiations, executing account plans, monitoring market activity, collaborating cross-functionally, managing CRM forecasts, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

Maintains daily cash positions, cash forecasting models, bank reconciliations, lender credit administration, and covenant compliance modeling. Partners with the CFO and Accounts Payable while providing cash reporting and updating forecasts weekly and monthly. Requires strong Excel modeling, finance or accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and organizational skills. The role is primarily office-based three days per week.

Manage customer accounts receivable, collections, credit risk evaluations, payment terms, disputes, refunds, billing issues, and account escalations. Maintain accurate records, review financial and credit information, prioritize follow-up based on risk, and collaborate with customers, sales, leadership, and internal teams. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, organization, judgment, Excel proficiency, and adherence to credit and receivables policies.
