Entry-level Customer Service Representative responsible for order processing, customer support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment, resolve exceptions, maintain account records, and identify basic cross-sell/upsell opportunities while following safety and operational policies.

Lead FP&A planning, forecasting, and reporting for assigned segments. Build and maintain financial and cash flow models, analyze performance versus forecast, provide KPI reporting to senior management and lenders, and partner with operations and G&A to drive decisions and mitigate risks.

Manage strategic customer relationships and grow territory revenue by delivering consultative solutions, leading complex sales, developing account strategies, mentoring junior reps, collaborating cross-functionally, and representing the company at industry events.
