Own the full product lifecycle for agentic AI use cases, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and continuous improvement. Partner with Engineering and AI teams on product architecture, agentic workflows, knowledge bases, and conversational interfaces. Define roadmaps, priorities, metrics, and trade-offs; coordinate stakeholders; and ensure AI feature quality, usability, reliability, and workflow outcomes through evaluation and user research.

Act as liaison between users, stakeholders, and engineering to gather, document, and manage functional and technical requirements. Run workshops, translate administrative processes into structured specifications, maintain requirement documentation and acceptance criteria, support backlog refinement, ensure traceability, and contribute to testing and user acceptance for AI-enabled public-sector software.

Lead engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery for an AI-powered GovTech platform. Build and mentor interdisciplinary teams, drive scalable cloud-based architectures, enforce engineering best practices, collaborate with Product/AI/Governance, optimize agile processes, ensure reliability, security, and long-term platform evolution.

Support product organization by translating business and domain requirements into user stories and development tasks. Maintain Jira, run agile ceremonies, manage backlogs and sprint planning, track metrics, document processes, collaborate with Engineering, UX, AI and governance, and support testing, releases, and scalable product operations.

Design intuitive UX for AI-driven and chat-based public sector applications. Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction concepts, and high-fidelity UI. Lead and coordinate data protection, compliance, and AI governance processes across the organization. Maintain and review governance documentation, handle data protection requests and approval workflows, advise product and engineering on compliant AI practices, and monitor regulatory developments. Act as liaison between operational teams, management, and governance stakeholders while improving governance procedures and supporting implementation of AI-driven public-sector solutions.

Research and analyze social-welfare processes, administrative workflows, and forms to identify digitalization opportunities. Evaluate legal, operational, and user requirements, support data-driven product decisions, prepare documentation and recommendations, collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI and Governance teams, and prioritize future form and workflow integrations.

Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible frontend applications and reusable UI components. Collaborate with product designers, backend and AI teams to integrate APIs, optimize performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and uphold frontend best practices through code reviews and testing.

Lead design, build, and maintain scalable full stack applications. Implement frontend and backend features, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Ensure code quality, performance, security, and scalability. Mentor engineers, review code, collaborate with Product, Design, and AI teams, and contribute to architecture and DevOps practices.

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. Automate provisioning and operational workflows using infrastructure-as-code, monitor system performance and security, troubleshoot deployments, and collaborate with engineering and AI teams to improve scalability, resilience, and compliance.
