Lead engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery for an AI-powered GovTech platform. Build and mentor interdisciplinary teams, drive scalable cloud-based architectures, enforce engineering best practices, collaborate with Product/AI/Governance, optimize agile processes, ensure reliability, security, and long-term platform evolution.

Design, build, and maintain responsive, accessible frontend applications and reusable UI components. Maintain Jira, run agile ceremonies, manage backlogs and sprint planning, track metrics, document processes, collaborate with Engineering, UX, AI and governance, and support testing, releases, and scalable product operations.
