Ensure digital public-sector applications comply with administrative regulations and governance standards. Analyze processes and regulations, translate domain requirements into functional specifications, collaborate with Product, AI, and Engineering teams, support stakeholder communication with public institutions, and help design scalable, compliant digital services while establishing governance standards and identifying digitization and automation opportunities.

Lead engineering strategy, architecture, and delivery for an AI-powered GovTech platform. Build and mentor interdisciplinary teams, drive scalable cloud-based architectures, enforce engineering best practices, collaborate with Product/AI/Governance, optimize agile processes, ensure reliability, security, and long-term platform evolution.

Act as liaison between users, stakeholders, and engineering to gather, document, and manage functional and technical requirements. Run workshops, translate administrative processes into structured specifications, maintain requirement documentation and acceptance criteria, support backlog refinement, ensure traceability, and contribute to testing and user acceptance for AI-enabled public-sector software.
