Create and maintain staffing schedules for nursing and support departments, monitor call-offs and attendance, coordinate coverage, communicate staffing needs, support onboarding logistics, maintain accurate documentation, answer scheduling questions, and collaborate with HR and facility leaders to support staffing operations and resident care.

Assists with meal preparation, service, delivery, and cleanup for skilled nursing residents. Ensures meals meet dietary needs, maintains clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas, follows food safety and infection control standards, and collaborates with dietary and nursing teams to provide respectful, compassionate service.

Manages the dietary department in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting, including staffing, regulatory compliance, cost control, diet therapy coordination, and individualized resident nutrition services. Collaborates with other departments to support resident care and ensures dietary operations meet federal, state, and local requirements.
