Lead and manage nursing services in a long-term care facility, ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and 24-hour nursing supervision. Develop policies, coordinate interdisciplinary care plans, participate in admissions, and support staff development while acting as interim administrator when needed.

Prepare and serve meals for skilled nursing residents, maintain clean and sanitary dining and kitchen areas, follow food safety and infection-control standards, assist with meal delivery, and collaborate with dietary and nursing staff to support resident dignity and dietary needs.

Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, manage incoming calls and phone systems, perform office management tasks, and handle clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
