Responsibilities include managing strategic projects, supplier and procurement reviews, apprenticeship support, budgets, approval workflows, action tracking, team engagement, and executive coordination. The role requires strong organization, communication, leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration in high-pressure hyperscale environments.

Lead company secretarial, corporate governance, statutory compliance, board and committee administration across the group. Advise directors and senior leaders on governance requirements, maintain statutory records and filings, oversee entity lifecycle events, administer shareholder and investor arrangements, and develop governance frameworks, policies, delegated authorities and approval processes. Report to the Chief Legal Officer and support effective decision-making across an international, private equity-backed data centre business.

Lead document control and information management across Verne Development. Establish governance, standards, workflows, metadata, lifecycle controls, and information systems; oversee project documentation, contractor compliance, audit readiness, handovers, training, performance monitoring, and knowledge management. Partner with Engineering, Development, Legal, Finance, leadership, project teams, consultants, and vendors to ensure information remains accurate, secure, accessible, traceable, and effectively governed.

Leads the French finance function, overseeing financial reporting, statutory accounting, tax, treasury, audits, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, intercompany accounting, and regulatory compliance. Acts as the primary finance partner to local and Group leadership, supports strategic and operational decision-making, manages external advisors and auditors, and leads the local finance team. Drives financial governance, process improvement, finance transformation, and accurate reporting under IFRS and French GAAP.

Leads the design and engineering delivery of multiple data centre projects across France. Manages engineering strategies, permitting, procurement design, construction inspections, commissioning, handover, consultants, suppliers, budgets, technical deliverables, and design standards. Acts as a senior technical decision-maker, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, compliance, quality, and uptime objectives while coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Supports the Senior Project Manager with on-site delivery of a hyperscale data centre project in Iceland. Responsibilities include site coordination, programme and progress control, stakeholder and contractor coordination, risk and issue tracking, contract administration, quality and EHS activities, commissioning readiness, handover, reporting, and gradually managing defined workstreams.

Create and manage project schedules for large-scale data centre design and construction projects. Review contractor schedules, develop 4D schedules from 3D models, coordinate with architects and engineers, monitor CSA fit-out and MEP progress, track budgets and timelines, forecast resource needs, and produce stakeholder reports and Power BI dashboards.

Leads commercial, contractual, procurement, cost, claims, variations, risk, payments, forecasting, negotiations, and final account close-out for a large data center development under FIDIC-based contracts. Advises project stakeholders, administers notices and contractual procedures, assesses extensions of time and contractor claims, maintains commercial governance, and coordinates with legal, construction, procurement, finance, and project controls teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Leads employer-side QA/QC oversight for a fast-track data center design-build project. Reviews quality plans, inspection and test plans, contractor design documents, supplier and factory inspections, construction workmanship, commissioning evidence, non-conformities, defects, and handover records. Coordinates with engineering, construction, commissioning, customer, and contract teams; maintains quality dashboards and registers; escalates risks; and ensures testing, acceptance, turnover, and documentation comply with Employer’s Requirements, FIDIC procedures, approved documents, codes, and customer expectations.

Provide commercial and financial leadership for data centre development projects: financial modelling, project finance, budgeting, contract risk management, reporting, and stakeholder partnering to ensure project viability and optimize capital expenditure.
