Create and manage project schedules for large-scale data centre design and construction projects. Review contractor schedules, develop 4D schedules from 3D models, coordinate with architects and engineers, monitor CSA fit-out and MEP progress, track budgets and timelines, forecast resource needs, and produce stakeholder reports and Power BI dashboards.

Controls budget, commitments, forecasts, cash flow, variations, claims, payments, and commercial risk for a fast-track hyperscale data center construction project. Maintains cost, change, claim, and exposure registers; validates contractor submissions; supports procurement, contract administration, forecasting, reporting, audits, and governance. Works on site with project, commercial, engineering, construction, planning, procurement, finance, and commissioning teams to ensure cost impacts are accurately evidenced, valued, approved, and contractually traceable.

Leads commercial, contractual, procurement, cost, claims, variations, risk, payments, forecasting, negotiations, and final account close-out for a large data center development under FIDIC-based contracts. Advises project stakeholders, administers notices and contractual procedures, assesses extensions of time and contractor claims, maintains commercial governance, and coordinates with legal, construction, procurement, finance, and project controls teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Leads employer-side QA/QC oversight for a fast-track data center design-build project. Reviews quality plans, inspection and test plans, contractor design documents, supplier and factory inspections, construction workmanship, commissioning evidence, non-conformities, defects, and handover records. Coordinates with engineering, construction, commissioning, customer, and contract teams; maintains quality dashboards and registers; escalates risks; and ensures testing, acceptance, turnover, and documentation comply with Employer’s Requirements, FIDIC procedures, approved documents, codes, and customer expectations.

Provide commercial and financial leadership for data centre development projects: financial modelling, project finance, budgeting, contract risk management, reporting, and stakeholder partnering to ensure project viability and optimize capital expenditure.

Manage the group's insurance programme including renewals, placements, endorsements, and claims. Review contractual insurance obligations, negotiate with brokers/insurers, identify and mitigate emerging risks, maintain policy and claims records, support audits and compliance, and liaise with finance, legal, operations, and senior management on insurance strategy and reporting.
